Our Staff

At Bertrum House we are rare in our commitment to maintaining a high proportion of qualified Early Years teachers and Teaching Assistants in our nursery. We support our team in their professional development and encourage staff to develop their individual skills and interests. This wealth of knowledge and experience translates into careful planning of activities to ensure that the children are prepared for their transition to full time education.

Creativity

We understand that children learn best in an environment where they are excited and engaged. Our teachers use imaginative, creative ideas to plan activities that will motivate young children to learn as they play.
