Giants and goo!

The Nursery children have loved being giants for the week. They have been busy cooking ‘goo soup’ with eye-balls, mice and snakes as well as printing bricks onto the giant’s castle and making ‘magic bean stew’. The children are already so settled into their new routines and it is really lovely to see them starting to form friendships. Pre-Reception have been developing their scissor kills to make leaves for their class beanstalk. They have also practised counting to 2 and drawn colourful rainbow number 2s. In sport they have been working on their balancing skills, doing obstacle courses and walking like giants on stilts! This week we also had singing practices for our Harvest Festival and the children cannot wait to perform for you next Tuesday.
